Situated in Cape Town, South Africa, Velotex is a specialised cycle apparel manufacturer with in-house designing, sublimation printing and sewing facilities.

Velotex excells in supplying the local and export markets, with seasonal ranges and basics as well as in the design and manufacture of personalised club, team and corporate orders. All design and print work is done in-house, enabling us to provide the utmost level of personalised service, care and attention to detail.

Velotex is the official cycle apparel supplier of the world’s largest individually timed cycle race, the Cape Argus Pick ‘n Pay Cycle Tour, which takes place in Cape Town every year.

All custom designs are created in-house and we work closely with the client in order to achieve the exact effect required, whether for a small club, professional team, or large corporation.The best and most appropriate fabrics are selected to manufacture Velotex apparel from, in order to meet the ultimate requirements in performance and comfort.

Our embelishment onto garments is done in the form of either screen printing, transfer application or sublimation printing. The latter probably being the most accurate and most permanent textile printing process available.
