Fabrics
All of the following fabrics, which have been developed specifically for active use, are suitable for sublimation printing.
Gussets
Ladies Red Label Gusset
The gusset comprises a moulded, seamless laminated triple-layer (Micro fibre upper, high density 5mm foam, 5mm shock-absorbent inner) construction to provide the wearer with chafe-free, cushioned and shock-absorbent performance.
Embellishments
Sublimation Printing
The majority of our printing onto garments is done in the form of sublimation, rather by the regular means of screen-printing onto textiles. Sublimation is probably the most accurate and most permanent textile printing process known to man.
In this process, the reverse of the image is initially printed onto paper, and is thereafter transferred onto the blank garment panel using a heat-press for this operation. This affords a far more accurate and permanent end-result than what would be achieved when using the regular screen-printing process. Whilst screen-printing is done onto the fabric, sublimation actually colours the individual fibres comprising a given fabric.
Sizing
We wish to emphasize that these size measurements are approximate, and are to be used as a guideline only for a “cycle jersey fit”, i.e. on the skin but not tight and certainly not loose.
Recreational cyclists, preferring a more generous jersey fit, please need to specify a jersey size, of at least one size, or possibly even, two sizes bigger, than these measurements depicted.
